Better Runner Challenge

For 5 days I was set to try the Better Runner Challenge from @RuntotheFinish and it was interesting because I didn’t know what challenge I would do until I received an email each day. I loved this challenge because not only did it focus making each person participating a better runner, but incorporated really easy tasks at hand each day. Below I will list what each day of the challenge was and how it will make be a better runner!
Day 1: My new Mantra I am an athlete
Day 2: Stretching for Fitness
Day 3: Foam Rolling
Day 4: Walking / Recovery for an Athlete
Day 5: Hip Strength
Each day in this challenge I took in strides. I didn’t stress but internalized each of these small parts of what can make me a better runner. I want you to think about what can make you a better runner!
