Rock 'N' Roll Race Series

Rock 'N' Roll Nashville
This race was my very first Rock 'N' Roll Race this April 2019. It was such an amazing experience because Nashville is one of her favorite cities. I heard it was going to be a very hilly course so she prepared for weeks. I learned what it meant to be part of the Rock 'N' Roll brand and how the Run4Life brand could join to support the same mission- creating a healthy lifestyle. This race was really special because it was my first long-distance race out of Texas. It was a beautiful course with great landmarks showcased throughout.

Rock 'N' Roll San Diego
This race weekend was my first time in California. I enjoyed showcasing the best parts San Diego had to offer on and off the racecourse. Each Rock 'N' Roll race weekend offers multiple distances and if you complete two on separate days Rock 'N' Roll offers a Remix medal for doing two back-to-back races. She ran the 5K Saturday and the Half Marathon Sunday in June 2019. I did so well and even set a personal record in both distances.

Rock 'N' Roll Chicago
I love the midwest and this was my longest distance race before running the Chicago Marathon. It was super hot but I managed to have fun and enjoy the summertime CHI city vibes while running 13.1 miles in the blistering summer heat. This race was also where I got to experience the VIP check-in and post-race celebration and she absolutely loved it!

Rock 'N' Squad
The goal behind the Rock 'N' Squad in 2019 was to promote the Rock 'N' Roll race series through participation in races, sharing the race experiences through social media, and just having fun. The Rock 'N' Squad is a great group to be a part of because it has allowed Run4Life1989 to create a more significant presence for the online running community.
